Job Description

Looking for a new sales role where youll be working in a supportive and dynamic environment, maintaining and developing existing customer relationshipsThis excellent opportunity for a Sales Executive would suit someone who has experience of, and enjoys, building and maintaining existing customer relationships by dealing with them at various touchpoints throughout their contract.With the focus on securing sales and renewals of contracts, youll be:

  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to drive a "best in class" experience through the customers contract
  • Focus on enhancing customer retention
  • Referring leads
  • Ensuring contract information is updated within the database
  • Provide accurate data to the scheduling team
  • Provide contract quotes
  • Responding to queries accurately and promptly
  • Contacting customers
  • Writing and presenting customer reports
  • Administration relating to contract renewals
  • Lead generation through cold calling
  • Support and devise new campaign initiatives
