Senior IT Analyst (Mac & Microsoft) Competitive Salary + Bonus + BenefitsAbout the RoleAs an experienced IT Analyst, you will play a key role in continuously improving the IT infrastructure and services.This role consists largely of project work, where youll be dealing with senior stakeholders to push and promote the IT teams agenda, together with a large dose of support.You will be working mostly as the subject matter expert for their Apple Mac systems and you will also will also be required to work within the Microsoft stack (O365, Server, Azure, SQL) Job requirementsAbout You• Experience as a senior Mac administrator; Mac OS config, deployment and advanced troubleshooting; experience administering MDM (preferable FileWave),• Experience supporting the integration of Mac with Windows environment (Active Directory, Windows file server)• A good applied and theoretical knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications. i.e. Windows Server, MS Office, Office365, PowerShell• Intermediate level knowledge of virtualisation and mass storage technologies i.e. NetApp, VMWare, HP Hardware• A basic applied and theoretical knowledge of network security including anti-virus, anti-malware, WSUS, Mobile Device Management• Good working knowledge of TCP/IP, Internet technologies, Active Directory, Group Policy and Exchange administration and common network management technologies e.g. Backups, Asset Management and Network Printing• Scripting experience; preferably capable of scripting solutions, e.g. Powershell / Bash• Vendor management experience, including vendor and product selection/procurement• Experience of training end users and other IT staff Required skills
