Take the lead in maintaining and servicing the homes vital systems, ensuring comfort and safety for all.2. Apply your tradesman skills proactively to resolve any technical issues swiftly.3. Manage a variety of longer-term projects, such as refurbishments and redecorations, enhancing the homes appeal and functionality.4.
