VERY SUCCESSFUL LIFESTYLE/ BEAUTY RETAILER SEEKS AREA MANAGER IN ESSEX AREA DUE TO CONTINUED GROWTH My Client is a very successful lifestyle retailer with about 90 stores across the UKEstablished for over 20 years , they are the market leaders in their field.With business growing steadily , they have already increased their retail estate this year and have plans for further growth next year.As a result they are now looking for an Area Manager in the ESSEX/ Kent Area.The successful applicant will be looking after around 10 stores, and can earn up to £20,000 on top of the basic salary.They will already have multi-site experience , with a successful track record in getting the best out of small teams.They will understand how to analyse and use KPIs.Training and motivating the team is obviously very important - this is a lifestyle retailer so you need everyone to be enjoying what they do as well as being commercially successful.A full understanding of lifestyle retailing is not necessary, ideal backgrounds would be fashion retailing, salons, or hospitality/ leisure.In return my Client offers a competitive salary plus excellent bonus scheme and benefits.To apply for this role please submit your CV via the link below , or call Ian Gerstein on .Mandeville is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.Required skills
