You must be able to access training at their London based offices and be happy to attend regular 121s and team meetings here also so should live within a reasonable commute.THE "Customer Service" RoleAs Customer Services you will be:

Point of contact for enquiries via phone and email
Taking and opening case files for customer enquiries
Chasing responses and dealing with clients within set time-scales
Updating the central system with project progress
Working as part of a busy team to SLA markers

CUSTOMER Services RequirementsThe Customer Services candidate should have:

Previous Customer services experience from an office environment
Able to multi task and work within a busy team
Deliver first class Customer Service via phone and email
