Lets transform lives together.Purpose of Role:The person in this post will play an important role in ensuring our staff are confident, competent and in date with key areas of their mandatory training. Working closely with colleagues locally, as well as in Northampton and Essex/Birmingham, the successfulindividual will plan, deliver, assess and evaluate learning in Immediate Life Support, Basic Life Support and Safety Intervention Training. We want to be sure that the training people receive really is changing lives so there’s a strong emphasis on learnerexperience and measuring both knowledge retention and behaviour change.
