Job Description

Our mission is to provide innovative solutions that enhance water efficiency and sustainability, helping businesses and consumers reducetheir environmental footprint and save on utility costs. Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller with excellent commercial awareness to manage our financial activities, ensure accurate reporting, maintain robust internal controls, and support strategic financial planning. This role reports directlyto the Managing Director and manages a team of three. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present financial statements and reports.
Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
Supervise accounting operations and staff.
Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with regulations and tax laws.
Conduct financial analysis and support business decision-making.
Manage cash flow and investment activities.
Lead and mentor the finance team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA or CMA certification preferred; MBA is a plus.
7-10 years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Great commercial awareness.
