Job Description

Office Administrator, East Exeter Hours: 24 hours per weekCentral and Southern operate homes for young people across Devon and Cornwall. Our core values—Belonging, Respect, Impact, Growth, Happiness, and Trust—drive everything wedo.Join our dynamic team as an Office Administrator in Exeter!Youll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing vital administrative support, coordinating meetings, and managing communications.It is a varied role where you may occasionally need to visit our sites.Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support and document management
  • Scheduling meetings and managing diaries
  • Customer service and front desk duties
  • Assisting with recruitment and HR tasks
  • Maintaining office supplies and cleanliness
  • Supporting event planning and training sessions

Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous administration experience
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Experience within care sector or within OFSTED/CQC (desirable but not essential)
  • Proven previous experience of working in an office environment
  • Proven solid administration skills
