What will you do

Manage and supervise a team of experienced paralegals who support local authorities with (mainly) disrepair claims through to trial
If required, advise on your own property disputes caseload - which can be local authority and private client work
Other work could include leases & licence matters and Environment Protection Act matters

What will you need

Ideally to be a qualified solicitor or legal executive, however those who are qualified through experience should get in touch
At least 2 years’ property litigation experience
Ideally local authority litigation experience, although this is certainly not essential
A willingness for continued learning & professional development
A confidence and gravitas to lead a successful team (further training given if required)
