Job Description

Are you an experienced generator engineer looking to take the lead and motivate a small team working for a leading plant hire company You will be depot based Nr Falkirk working Monday to Friday only.Benefits of the Senior Generator Engineer:

As the Senior generator engineer, your duties will include:

You will be workshop based, working on a range of generators from 10KVA to 400 KVA.
You will be carrying out services and repairs.
Carry out testing and inspections
Ensure all paperwork is up to date.

As the Senior Generator Engineer you must have a solid understanding of mechanics, hydraulics, and electrical systems specific to the operations of generators and/or heavy plant machineryYou will be qualified to SVQ or NVQ Level 3 in Plant Maintenance or equivalentBe a CSCS Gold Card holder (preferred)The Company:

To be successful for the role of the Senior generator engineer, you will have also worked in positions such as Engineer, Mechanic, diesel engineer, diesel mechanic, generator fitter, generator engineer, field service engineer, power generation engineer,Service Fitter, Service Engineer, or Service Technician. It would be ideal if you held a full UK driving license as you may be required to attend sites on an occasion.
