Job Description

Senior Business Change Consultant - up to £64,000 + Benefits A market leading client of mine are currently looking to expand their Digital transformation team by hiring a Senior Business Change Consultant to formulate a strategic direction of change management. The Senior Business Change Consultant will be joining the business at a very exciting time as they are investing, growing and transforming their business to provide a better service to new and existing high-profile global customers.The Senior Business Change Consultant will be in charge of planning and delivering change and new ways of working by planning and running workshops, developing roadmaps, modelling processes, producing and delivering training and working closely with partners to manage any resistance to change and ensure a successful delivery.The successful Senior Business Change Consultant will have experience managing large transformation programmes and successfully implementing change to deliver new ways of working.The majority of this role will be remote however, you may be required to travel to the Farnborough office once a week.Key Skills - Senior Business Change Consultant:

  • Any relevant certifications - the client is always keen on assisting their employees in completing further qualifications and training courses
