Our courses are designed for working professionals who are looking to increase their skill basis and confidence.Job Description This is an exciting opportunity for a Linux System Engineer with AWS experience/knowledge to design, build, implement, and maintain computer infrastructures based on the Linux operating system. You need to gather information about an organizations day-to-dayoperational functions, and then configure systems designed to provide solutions for those needs.You will be joining enthusiastic and friendly colleagues in our modern office in central Farnham, Surrey.The role will have opportunities for promotion and professional growth within the company.Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Linux servers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Design, build, implement, and maintain computer infrastructures based on the Linux operating system.
Support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (Iot), Platform, specialised security solutions for cloud services in AWS
Administer and support various Linux distributions, including RHEL, SUSE, CentOS, Ubuntu, and more.
Work with UNIX systems, including AIX, SOLARIS, and HP-UX.
Develop and maintain scripts using Bash and Powershell to automate system tasks and processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Linux servers and associated technologies.
Collaborate with IT manager to design and implement system solutions.
Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades, patches, and migrations.
Ensure system security and compliance with industry standards.

Key Requirements:

A positive can-do attitude
Strong experience with Linux operating systems, particularly RHEL, SUSE, CentOS, and Ubuntu.
Demonstrated ability to manage Linux servers with AWS experience in a production environment.
Experience with system administration tasks such as performance tuning, monitoring, and backup/recovery.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
