Our client, a boutique independent wealth planning firm based in Farnham, is seeking a Senior Paraplanner to join their dynamic team. This firm offers comprehensive, whole-of-market financial advice to high-net-worth (HNW) retirees, accumulators, local families,and SME owners, primarily across Surrey and the surrounding home counties. Clients have varying levels of assets, with top clients holding over £1 million. The firm provides a wide range of services, including pensions, investments, tax planning, cashflowmodelling, retirement planning, protections (both personal and business), and esoteric schemes such as VCT & EIS.Exceptional client service and satisfaction are the firms top priorities, adhering to a highly ethical approach and a focus on lifestyle financial planning. Continuous professional development and industry exams are encouraged to foster both professional and personal growth.The Managing Director is introducing a new role for a Senior Paraplanner. In this position, you will:

Occasionally attend client meetings with advisers
Serve as the primary technical expert and main contact for report writing and complex cases
Work closely with advisers on technical cases, providing genuine input into the advice given
Collaborate with the MD on the best course of action for each case, beyond merely writing Suitability Reports

This role is ideal for a Level 4 qualified Paraplanner, preferably working towards or already holding Chartered Status. Long-term aspirations to become an adviser are supported for the right candidate.Benefits
