Were looking for a helpful and friendly Facilities & Support Services Co-ordinator to provide essential business & facilities support at Felbrigg Hall. Providing a friendly and efficient service, you’ll play a large role in ensuring we are providing the best customer service and facilities maintenance at the property, with the aim of providing our customers with the best possible experience when they visit us.Popular Felbrigg Hall is one of the most elegant country houses in East Anglia. The rolling landscaped park with its lake, woods and waymarked trails is great for family days out and even boasts buggy-friendly’ walking routes. The fine walled garden grows flowers for the house, as well as vegetables for the local community. Roles within Felbrigg Hall’s team are highly sought after, and the team pride themselves on their commitment to the estate.This role will provide an efficient, effective and flexible business support and facilities management service within a technically complex property. In this role you’ll be working within the National Trust procedures and conservation guidelines as well as supporting the team to meet its objectives by ensuring high standards in business support,compliance, customer service and facilities maintenance.Applications from internal employees who are under notice of redundancy are assessed against the minimum criteria listed.
