Job Description

Customer Service Executive Feltham£27,000 - £29,000 + bonus Full Time, Office Based 9.00am - 5.30pm Our amazing client based in Feltham are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join their friendly team.The role will involve:

Being a primary contact for customers.
Taking and processing customer orders.
Query resolution.
Sales support to members of the sales team.
Ad hoc projects.

The successful candidate will:

Have previous experience of customer service
Be reliable and conscientious, with the ability to take ownership of issues.
Have good data entry skills, along with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Have strong communication skills, a confident telephone manner and a good command of English.
Be self motivated
Assured skills in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel and Word)
A willingness to learn.
