Job Description

Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our company based in Frome who are actively looking to recruit a Maintenance Engineer to join the team on a permanent basis.What you will be doing:Reporting to the Lead packing engineer, you will be working Pittman rotating 12-hour shifts within our retail production facility:

Attend machine breakdowns efficiently and provide effective measures to ensure issues are resolved.
Carry out PPM, corrective and improvement actions on all packing machines.
Deliver and develop effective re-active maintenance, repairs & improvements.
Generate and complete work orders on the CMMS.
Help develop and implement effective PM schedules.
Support and achieve the engineering KPIs.

What you will need to succeed

Multi-skilled automation skills on packing equipment or equivalent
Excellent fault finding and route cause analysis skills.
Experience of working in a FMCG environment
Some supervisory experience would be beneficial.
Comfortable in autonomous decision making and team working.

What you will receive in return:

£49,665 per annum
