If you think you can help the people we support get more from life, we want to hear from you.About the role:As a Support Worker, you will be providing 1:1 support in the people we are supporting own homes; in Crewkerne and Chard. You will be providing person centered care and supporting them to lead active and fulfilling lives. The people we support get involved with a range of activities such as swimming, visiting local places of interest and enjoying lunches out at various venues.For this role, we are looking for support workers for two individuals in particular who require 24 hour support, 7 days a week which support would be on a shift rota basis.
