To be considered for the Property Managerrole you must have the following:

Experience in Property Management
People management skills
Highly organised
Reliable
Experience in carrying out inventories
Strong communication skills and the ability to provide a professional and friendly customer service
Ideally ARLA qualified
Full clean UK driving license

As a Property Manager, your role will involve:

Process reported maintenance repairs, and monitor reports
Seek Landlord approval and coordinate maintenance repairs
Managing team
Chasing invoices and managing landlord debts
Liaising with local authorities for building repairs
Carrying out inventories
Arranging checkouts and renewals with tenants
Serving notices
Dealing with the companys developments
