You will be responsible for overseeing audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance withregulatory standards and providing valuable insights to clients.   • Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion.
  • Oversee and review the work of junior team members.
  • Ensure audits are conducted in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide clients with insightful and practical recommendations.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
Requirements:
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • Strong technical audit knowledge and understanding of UK accounting standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in mentoring or supervising junior staff members is desirable.
