Job Description

We have a current opportunity for a Corporate Services Officer (Governance) on a temporary basis. The position will be based in Glasgow.Your role will be to work alongside both the CEO and the board to provide governance support. The main duties will be :

  • coordinating all board meetings including arranging the meeting and collating and distributing papers
  • attending meetings to take minutes
  • arranging committee events and training
  • assist with updating website and newsletters and other publications
