I am currently recruiting for a Data Entry Administrator to join an established financial/investment management organisation based in Glasgow City Centre.The purpose of the role is to support the integration of a new internal system. I am looking for an individual who can process high volume data and has great attention to detail. This is a fast-paced environment where you will be working to deadlines, you mustbe capable of prioritising tasks and dealing with confidential information.This is an excellent opportunity to join a financial/investment management with hybrid working opportunities, based in Glasgow City Centre working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.The key responsibilities within this role are:* Processing new account/system information* Handling high volume data* Transferring client information from one system and inputting into another* Work to deadlines as there will be a high volume of workload being inputted per day* Updating case notes onto the trackers to monitor the progression of the cases* Be comfortable working with confidential information and inputting this accurately to make sure all new client accounts are up to date and correctA successful candidate for this position will have;* Availability to start in August* Computer Literate* Able to use your own initiative* Be able to follow guidelines and strict GDPR policies* Confident dealing with highly confidential information* Have strong attention to detail* A background in finance or similar environments would be useful but not essential*You must also be able to pass a credit and disclosure check if successful*Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
