Job Description

Interpath Advisory is a financial advisory business with a broad range of specialisms. Originally part of KPMG, it was sold to HIG Capital in 2021 and now boasts the UKs largest independent restructuring function in the UK. In that short time, weve grownto around 750 people across 16 international offices. As well as geographical expansion, weve also grown our transaction services, M&A business, debt advisory teams as well as several other deal advisory teams. Our growth ambitions dont end there, and so were looking for motivated individuals to help us hit our 2030 objectives. The role is in our busy, happy marketing team; helping to establish a strong brand and identity as the business scales to its next level of maturity. Youll be involved in the creation of a range of visual assets for both client-facing and business support teams. This will be primarily in the form of presentations, brochures and reports. From time to time, and increasingly as you take on more responsibility, it will also include static images and video content for a variety of other formats, including:

  • Website content
  • Email marketing
  • Social media
  • Event collateral
  • Corporate merchandise
Key accountabilities:
  • Convey complex information and data in engaging, visually appealing and easy-to-understand ways, primarily using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Internal stakeholder management - gathering requirements from client-facing and business support teams and maintaining close working relationships with them.
  • External stakeholder management - liaising with suppliers in the execution of our marketing projects. These could include printers, merch suppliers and others.
  • Creating marketing briefs from stakeholders requirements, and suggesting solutions and improvements.
  • Managing your own projects and contributing to the smooth running of the wider marketing function.
  • Maintain brand consistency across everything you produce.
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (primarily PowerPoint and Word).
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop would be a bonus.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships with stakeholders, as youll be working with the marketing team and the wider business to create and hone visual output.
