Renewable Energy Land ManagerScotland Office with hybrid workingSalary range of £50,000 - 60,000 dependent on experienceFollowing a successful expansion into their European and Nordic territories over the past few years, one of the most reputable developers of renewable energy are looking at expansion in their UK division.Our client has been active in the renewables sector since 2010 and have built up a highly experienced team of professionals in this time. This team paired with strong & stable investment, has put together a significant pipeline of over 6GW for the developmentof solar, battery storage, and offshore wind projects.With team growth planned across the development, operations, and engineering divisions - our client is looking at adding a land manager to their team to assist on existing projects and drive forward new projects for the business.Your role within the land team would include: identifying suitable land for development, engaging with & managing landowners/stakeholders, carrying out the commercial negotiations relating to land acquisition, and liaising with the wider team on land mattersthroughout the project lifecycle.Over time, this position would offer you the opportunity to:> Work on and lead NSIP/DCO scale projects in the renewable energy sector.> Have a high level of project ownership and involvement from inception through to completion.> Develop into a leadership position as the land team grows - mentoring junior members of the team.The team at this company have developed a strong collaborative culture, where ideas and expertise are encouraged to be shared - and clear career progression pathways are highly valued.This role would be a fantastic opportunity for someone with a grounding in renewable energy land management experience who is looking at growing their experience in the sector.
