Job Description

Speech and Language Therapist – £46,549 - £50,049 per annum (pro rata) – Bishopton, Renfrewshire The RoleAre you an experienced Speech and Language Therapist Do you have the skills to assess, treat, and manage complex cases independently If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!Erskine is seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to lead its SLT service at Erskine Home. In this role, you will:Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert assessment, treatment and management for residents with communication or swallowing difficulties.
  • Lead and support training for care staff and volunteers on specialist topics.
  • Play a key role in service development and delivery.

The Person
  • A qualified Speech and Language Therapist with significant experience in a relevant clinical field.
  • Experienced in working with adults with acquired neurological conditions, including dysphagia.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated and a strong team player.
  • A clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
