Technical Account Manager - Glasgow *UK travel involved* (hybrid) - To £65,000 (+bonus)The role:Loriens client, a leading tech company, is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join their team. This role would suit someone coming from a strong technical support background, in Windows/VMware and cloud services, looking to take a step up to a technicalaccount manager position, or you have a proven background as a technical account manager.The Technical Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the technical components of the clients service, starting from the moment they are involved, and will be initially accountable for 10 customers. They will be in charge of supplying the necessarytechnical expertise and understanding to address any problems related to performance and capacity, while also collaborating with the client to establish a plan that guarantees the client receives the benefits from the solutions offered. This is a customer-facingrole and will also have a technical angle to it, so will need to present and report on how customers can optimise their infrastructure and how its working.Responsibilities:
