The role encompasses tasks such as managing communicationsand correspondences, preparing and filing documents, arranging appointments as well as planning staffing roles and allocations for key College events such as Enrolment.This job is ideally suited to someone who is highly organised, efficient, loves problem solving and sorting out logistics. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong eye for detail and the ability to communicate clearly bothverbally and in written correspondence.Personal / Executive Assistant experience and / or experience working in Education is desirable, but training and support will be provided.The full-time annual salary for the role is £37,676 - £41,550 inclusive of the fringe allowance.
