High Earning Potential: Enjoy a competitive base salary of £24,000 - £28,000 (dependent on experience), with financial guarantees reaching £45,000 for 6 months. On-Target Earnings (OTE) range from £55,000 - £70,000 with bonuses, commissions,and a car allowance/car included.

Supportive Team Environment: Work collaboratively with the estate agency staff who act as your introducers, fostering a positive and collaborative work atmosphere.

Heres What Youll Do:

Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients in Grays.

Manage your own diary and promptly connect with new referrals.

Offer remortgage services to existing clients, ensuring they secure optimal mortgage deals.

Effectively communicate and build rapport with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Offer valuable advice on associated mortgage protection products like life insurance and critical illness cover.
