This role offers an excellent opportunity to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making in a fast-paced,international environment.Senior Finance Business Partner Key Responsibilities:

Partner with senior leadership to analyse business performance and develop strategic financial plans
Lead financial reporting and provide actionable insights to management
Drive profitability improvements through data analysis and recommendations
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Ensure compliance with financial controls and regulatory requirements
Manage and develop a team of financial professionals
Collaborate with global finance teams to streamline processes and drive efficiency

Ideal Senior Finance Business Partner:

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 2+ years of post-qualification experience however a commercial finance mindset is key to partner effectively with non finance stakeholders
Strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and business partnering
Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial systems
Experience in a multinational environment is desirable
Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels
Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams
Commercial acumen with a track record of driving business performance
