Our team is dedicated to upholding the rights of tenants and ensuringthey live in safe, habitable conditions.The firm are currently seeking a Housing Disrepair Fee Earner to manage a diverse caseload of housing disrepair claims. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in this area of law. You will work closely with our experienced solicitors,providing top-tier legal support to clients.Key Responsibilities:

Managing a caseload of housing disrepair claims from inception to resolution.
Conducting thorough investigations and gathering evidence.
Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
Liaising with clients, landlords, and other stakeholders.
Providing clear and concise legal advice.
Attending court and tribunal hearings as required.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in housing disrepair law.
Strong understanding of housing law and tenant rights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
