It’s an opportunity to be part of something special.About the roleThe Treasury Cash, Operations and Risk team in Haleon is responsible for managing the Group’s cash management structures and managing the relationships with the core transactional banks. The primary purpose of the Global Cash Management Manager role is todevelop and simplify Haleon’s banking structures, creating value by optimising cash management and centralising Treasury processes. This involves streamlining operations improving efficiency and effectiveness in managing the company’s cash flows and bankingrelationships.Key responsibilities

• Drive innovation - review existing cash management arrangements and implement Treasury strategies to support the liquidity requirements of the Haleon businesses. This will entail leading and facilitating RFP reviews across regions.
• Centalisation of cash - To improve and simplify cash management structures and processes across the Haleon businesses, enhancing efficiency and creating value through optimising Group cash and streamlined processes.
• Work closely with the Head of Treasury Cash, Operations and Risk to develop and propose value adding solutions for the groups banking structures
• Internal and external relationships - To develop and maintain strong relationships with Local Operating Companies ("LOCs"), with corporate teams (eg: Tax) and with the groups Global Relationship BanksPartnership - Working closely with the InternationalTreasury team to advise on and validate Banking services for LOCs
• To provide assurance and analysis on Banking activity spend, including the development of KPIs on banking spend across the core transactional banks
• Accountability – to manage and deliver Treasury projects to develop and improve Haleon banking structures. This will include the ongoing execution of the regional transactional bank strategy.
• Identify new technologies for the enhancement of the treasury operations

Qualifications and skillsEssential

• ·Financial qualification or qualified by experience (eg: CIMA, ACCA, AMCT/MCT)
• ·A strong understanding in designing and implementing innovative bank account structures including the management of cross-border Treasury transactions
• ·Communication with and influencing of internal and external stakeholders
• ·Analytical prowess a proven track record of providing accurate and relevant financial information to senior decision makers

Preferred

• Is an accomplished financial executive with a distinguished career in Finance
• Able to play a pivotal role in supporting Haleon’s global cash management strategy
• Has earned a reputation for delivering results in dynamic and challenging environments and has a strategic mindset that aligns with Haleons vision and goals
• Experience in fostering cross-functional collaboration, working closely with finance, risk management, and other business stakeholders/departmental teams to achieve integrated solutions that drive sustainable growth
• Committed to driving innovation in treasury practices, leveraging technology, and staying ahead of industry trends to ensure Haleon remains at the forefront of financial excellence
• Strong technical Treasury knowledge and the ability to build effective relationships across external and internal stakeholders
