It’s an opportunity to be part of something special.Role OverviewThis is a UK based role based at our London Bankside office with the flexibility to be home-bases on a case by case basis.This role is part of the Employee Health and Wellbeing Centre of Excellence (EHW CoE) function. It’s area of responsibility sits across the EMEA region, supporting sites and offices in multiple countries including the head office situated in the UK. As theEMEA OH Lead, you will take a leadership role in the governance and development of service delivery and programmes, overseeing service quality to improve standards, drive capability development and ensure compliance. Overall, your aim is to make sure employeehealth risks, including occupational health risks are managed proactively, resulting in a healthy, engaged, and productive workforce.This role is designed to lead and influence; therefore, it requires the ability to build partnerships with senior leaders across a wide variety of sites and oversee and facilitate the development of processes as well as capability of others. This includesoverseeing a dotted line relationship with OH/Wellbeing colleagues and assisting in designing & implementing a robust governance frameworkAs such it offers considerable exposure and networking opportunity, as well as the chance to create something truly new, contributing to the strategies to help Haleon’s ambition to be the industry lead in employee health and wellbeing.
