Quality EngineerLocation - Guildford (hybrid)Industry: SpaceTechYoh are currently working with a global company looking to create a lasting impact in the aerospace and satellite communication sector, they are looking to create a UK division to continue there success story.They are a leader in space technology, technology has been deployed successfully in over 50 deep space and satellite missions. They are a global business with currently over 70 employees across multiple locations.We are looking for a Quality Engineer to oversee and manage the quality process from planning to production, ensuring adherence to the highest space standards. This is a unique opportunity to join their expanding team and contribute to cutting-edge spacemissions.Some of the responsibility for a Quality Engineer include:- Manage and control Quality Assurance (QA) & Product Assurance (PA) tasks across various disciplines.- Review engineering and test documents to ensure compliance with our quality system, applicable regulations, standards, and customer requirements.- Lead and perform program audits & ensure final product acceptance and approval.Requirements:- At least 5 years of experience as a quality engineer/quality manager in a multidisciplinary company, preferably within the aerospace industry.- Extensive knowledge of Quality System Regulations (e.g., AS/EN9100).Whist Aerospace and satellite experience is preferable, if you feel as though you are a qualified and experience Quality Engineer, then don’t hesitate to apply for consideration for this position, we encourage all applicants to apply.
