Like us, you know that customer service isn’t just about providing a service – its about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the relationshipmanager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding.You will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, up selling additional products and follow-up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.For this role, we are looking for you to have a previous customer facing service experience; this is essential for you to be considered.
