Job Description

A dynamic national fuel services company is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join their team. This fast-paced and progressive environment is perfect for an individual with a proven track record in sales, exceptional telephone and admin skills,and the ability to build strong relationships.The ideal candidate will proactively call new business opportunities, build relationships with new and existing customers, handle inbound sales opportunities, and provide quotations to clients via a job management system. Once in the sales cycle, the SalesExecutive is responsible for securing the sale with the client.Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers via outbound telephone calls and emails.
  • Use the CRM system to effectively manage customers and leads.
  • Respond to inbound leads via phone and email.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure all leads are followed up on a regular basis.
  • Build and present written quotes to engaged customers.
  • Achieve the KPIs and sales targets set by management.
  • Organize and manage workload efficiently.
  • Collaborate in a team environment, sharing advice and ideas to build a strong platform for future sales.
  • Participate in meetings for personal and team development.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
  • Previous experience in telesales is essential; full training will be provided on the companys products and procedures.
  • Confident telephone manner.
  • Passion for sales, highly motivated, and ambitious to grow with a fast-paced and dynamic company.
  • Excellent organisational and workload management skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Excellent written and presentation skills.
  • Resilience and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and work independently while also being a team player.
