Job Description

Job Title: HR AdministratorLocation: Hammersmith and Fulham, LondonContract Type: Full-time, Permanent Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Selection: Assist in recruitment processes, from job adverts to conducting reference checks.
  • Onboarding & Induction: Manage onboarding for new staff, ensuring all documentation and induction programs are completed.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage HR databases, and ensure data protection compliance.
  • Employee Relations: Support employee queries, disciplinary processes, and effective staff communication.
  • Attendance & Leave Management: Track attendance, manage leave requests, and maintain absence records.
  • Payroll Support: Assist with payroll preparation, ensuring timely and accurate information provision.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate staff training sessions and support development initiatives.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR statutory and regulatory requirements, including safeguarding policies.
Requirements:
  • Previous HR administrative experience, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
  • Proactive and flexible approach to work.
  • Commitment to the schools values and ethos.
  • CIPD qualification or working towards it is desirable.
