Job Description

Internationally successful: The Wienerberger GroupCome and join us as a Site Administrator at our Droitwich site in Worcestershire!About the RoleAs Site Administrator you will have a varied and important role at our Droitwich site, where you will be reporting directly to the Site Manager.You will be helping the site to complete administration tasks related to our production process. This will include administration related to stock control, despatch, and ordering materials/supplies.A key part of the role will making sure the staff at the site adhere to the health. safety and environmental working practices/procedures and making sure they have completed any legal compliance documentation.You will be working with key stakeholders at the site, helping them to improve processes, increase performance, and deliver quality service for our customers.Hours of Work: 7am to 4pm, Mon to FriAbout youYou will be an experienced administrator who enjoys getting involved in a range of tasks.You will be dependable, trustworthy and you will enjoy delivering excellent service to colleagues and customers.You’ll ideally have experience working in a busy manufacturing/warehousing style administration environment.You will also have

  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good IT skills (knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, etc…)
  • Enthusiasm
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexibility and openness for change
  • Strong organisational, and planning abilities
  • Exposure to working in an environment with high standards of health and safety
  • Desirable - Experience with SAP and CRM systems is desirable
