Architect | Harrogate | £35k - £45kKonker is recruiting for an Architect to join a growing RIBA practice in Harrogate!They currently employ over 50 people and the plan is to continue growing the team in Harrogate, with multiple hires planned in 2024.In North Yorkshire, they are a leading RIBA practice and have recently been voted employer of the year, within regional business awards with credit to their diversity, culture, and inclusion as an employer. This is shown through employing people from over 15different nationalities and 20 speaking countries.As a practice they work all over the UK, designing and delivering on projects. They work within a variety of sectors, and you will never be fixed to just one sector. Instead, you can find yourself working on Commercial, Residential, Logistics and Retail projects.The practice has some core believes which includes working with BIM and the latest industry technologies whilst making all projects as sustainable as possible.They have a family feel to it with people being the heart of everything they do.As the Architect you will be managing projects from inception through to completion, developing ideas for clients. You will also be producing working drawings, working with contractors, preparing design proposals, planning applications and feasibility studies.Salary for this Architect position ranges from £35,000 to £45,000 depending on previous experience and ability.This is a selection of the company benefits: - (Also many more!)
