Senior Architect | Harrogate | £40k - £50kWe are working with a well-established architectural practice that is looking to hire a Project/Senior Architect for its Harrogate office. Currently, this practice employs about 50 people and is looking to continue growing as demand increases for its services.They have already taken on 3 new members of staff recently and plan on adding another 4 or 5 employees to the team over the next few months. To help you complete this role effectively, youll be supported by Associate Directors and other Senior staff, alongside being provided further external training thanks to this practices Leadership Development Programme. Experience working in a similar rolebefore is beneficial, however, if you are a very experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist looking to take a step-up into a more managerial, project-running role, this could be the one for you! This practice works on various projects in numerous sectors, including Industrial, Residential, Commercial, and Retail. Their work is BIM Level 2 and Revit-based, so youll need to be vastly experienced using these software platforms. Also, a track record ofup-skilling and training people would be advantageous as you’ll be helping junior staff progress through the early stages of their careers.Due to the demand in the Industrial sector, you’ll be spending most of your time on these types of projects - it does provide unique challenges; however, it would be fair to say, that it’s not the most glamorous form of architecture and is very functional.Benefits – Project/Senior Architect
