Team Coordinator/Leader | Harrogate | £44K - £48KWe are working with a well-established architectural practice who are looking to replace a retiring Team Coordinator/Leader in their Harrogate office. Currently, this practice employs about 50 people and in this role youll be expected to lead and manage manyof them whilst working across many projects.To help you complete this role effectively, youll be supported by Associate Directors and other Senior staff, alongside being provided further external training thanks to this practices Leadership Development Programme. Experience working in a similar rolebefore is desired, however, if you are a very experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist looking to take a step-up into a more managerial, project running role, this could be the one for you!This practice work on a range of projects in numerous sectors, including Residential, Commercial, Retail, and more! Their work is also 100% BIM Level 2 and Revit based, so youll need to be vastly experience using these softwares. Also, a track record of up-skillingand training people would be advantageous.Benefits - Team Coordinator/Leader
