Specialising in large scale projects across a range of industries including aerospace and nuclear - candidates will be expected to undertake the duties below:* Manage Quality Systems for the business* Oversee compliance, audit and continually improve the Integrated Management System (IMS), including the Quality Management System.* Ensure continued maintenance of business third-party accreditations* To monitor compliance to company procedures & legislative requirements by internal and external audit & surveillance.* Maintain the companys registration to ISO9001* Work with HSE officer to maintain companys registration to ISO14001, ISO45001 and ensure any required HSE processes are integrated into IMS.* Provide documentation support to projects, in the form of packs, ITPs and inspection sign off etc* Ensure companywide policies are visible and updated* Own the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with changes to law/standards etc* Ensure business deliverables are compliant with relevant safety legislation* Support CE/UKCA Marking process.* Chair monthly Quality meetings, ensuring tracking and implementation of actions accordingly.* Quarterly management review of Quality compliance.* Coordinate inspection resource to support manufacturing, stores and supply chain operations * Collate and display quality data, and work with stakeholders to drive improving trends * Work with procurement to ensure supply chain is compliant with processes* Oversee the annual internal audit programmes.* Support all departments activities with regard to Quality * Ensure project compliance with customer specifications * Ensure areas/departments are conducting regular Gemba walks* Manage Non-Conformance in the business* Manage Concessions* Conduct Root Cause Analysis of critical non-conformance to identify containment actions and future preventative measures.Candidates will have:* Quality Assurance Modules* Internal Auditing of Management SystemDesirable* Qualified to HND or equivalent in an Engineering discipline* CQI Level 4 or equivalent into qualifications.Essential * QMS System generation, management & auditingDesirable* Knowledge of Fabrication and Welding processes* Knowledge of NDT processes* Ability to read and understand Engineering drawings* CDM - Principal Designer & Principal Contractor dutiesContact Information: James BellEmail: Phone: Required skills
