Job Description

CCP are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic client who we have supported for the past seven years, in which time they have grown significantly. They are once again expanding and are looking to recruit 1-2 experienced Customer Service CollectionsAdvisors on a full-time basis, starting ASAP at their Head Office located in Hinckley.Have you previously worked in a fast-paced collections environmentDo you want to join a reputable, and growing businessAbout The RoleAs a Customer Service Collections Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in the business to ensure collections of payments from customers are met. In this role you will outbound call and email customers to collect their payments as well as investigate and verifythe source of the payment. You must be able to work within a target driven environment and hit KPI’s.Our client is looking for someone with previous experience working within a collections contact centre role, due to the fast paced environment and volume of calls you will be making. This is a hybrid role requiring you to work from the office 2/3 days a week,with the other days offering remote working.Salary & BenefitsThis role is paying a basic salary of £24,000 - £25,000 In addition, you will receive:

  • £27,000 OTE
  • 22 days annual leave
  • Hybrid working
Experience RequiredTo be considered for this brilliant opportunity, you must have the following experience:
  • Previous experience within customer service and collections
  • Contact centre experience
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
