Job Description

HR Admin- Up to £25,000- Full-time- Office based- Hinckley, LeicestershireWe are working with a national business compliance company based in Hinckley, that offers expert advice on HR, Employment Law and Health & Safety to more than 14,000 businesses across the UK. They are a fun, lively and fast-paced business, currently lookingfor a HR Admin to join their thriving team - this is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading business and progress your career within HR.About the jobIn this role, you will be taking calls from new clients and taking them through the on-boarding process with the company. You will get to know their business, and put together HR documentation that meets their specific needs. It is vital to make a fantasticimpression, so excellent customer service is a must.You will need previous experience within HR and/or Employment Law, and great knowledge of employment practices.Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Speaking to and on-boarding new clients
  • Meeting KPI’s - 19 or more client calls per week
  • Going through HR documentation with clients, and tailoring this to their exact needs and requirements
  • Getting to know the businesses you are speaking with to enable you to create bespoke documentation/HR handbooks using the internal systems provided
  • Working as part of a team
  • Referring clients to the company’s other services and products
You
  • Previous experience working within Employment Law or HR
  • Ideally degree level educated and CIPD qualified, although this is not essential
  • Good knowledge of employment practices
  • Professional approach
  • Confident speaking with people over the phone, and sometimes on video conference
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Organisational and time management skills with fantastic attention to detail
On Offer
  • Annual salary up to £25,000
  • Monday to Friday, 9 - 5.30
  • Salary reviews twice a year
