Their clients range fromPrincipal M&E Contractors, Housing Associations and LocalAuthorities, Facilities Management andProperty Managing Companies.They have a strong philosophy to bring our clients the highest level of customerservice and innovation in our system designs to ensure customer satisfaction and quality.Role Summary:The Security Service & Maintenance Engineer role involves full responsibility for completingpreventative, reactive and remedial works across a wide variety of domestic and commercial propertiesto a professional standard of work in and around London.Job Responsibilities:

Competent and to regulation, professional delivery of maintenance on integrated electronic fire andsecurity systems.
Carry out small works/repairs on domestic and commercial properties.
Completing Asset logs of equipment on site.
To manage your own workload throughout the day and ensuring the completion of each job in a timelymanner.
Communicating and reporting to the office on a daily basis.
Dealing with clients face to face in a professional manner.
Working hours 8am - 5pm.

Knowledge/Experience required:

Detailed knowledge of the principles of fire and security systems, British Standards
Relevant qualifications NSI/LPCB/C&G etc
An understanding and ability to carry out a preventative maintenance to the current standards.
Excellent customer facing skills.
Able to work openly and co-operatively with others.
Experience of managing multiple simultaneous activities
MUST have previous experience with systems, CCTV/Access Control, advantage if Entrotectrained or fire alarm experience.

General:Experience within the construction industry, or/and Fire & Security systems.Possess a clear record with zero criminal convictions of any kind and meet with the requirements topass a CRB / DBS check and the full screening process required in the security industry.All Staff are required to:
