Billing Clerk - ConstructionLocation: HullSalary: £25,000 - £35,000Benefits:

About Us:We are a leading drainage company, working with both commercial and domestic clients throughout the UK. We offer a complete drainage cover from, blockage, repairs, CCTV Surveys. Due to recent growth, we are looking to expand our costing admin team and youcould be the perfect person for this role!Are you keen to develop a career in administration or finance Then apply now!Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately calculate and record costs associated with construction projects.
  • Schedule daily workload for engineers
  • Liaise with clients during inbound phone calls, taking work opportunities in and distributing accordingly
  • Monitor and analyse daily budgets to accurately price the daily work
  • Liaise with financial team to ensure budget is successfully maintained
  • Maintain and update costing databases and records.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Experience with BigChange would be Advantageous
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
