Job Description

Our Client, Hull Council, is seeking an experienced Children’s Social Worker to join their Team.Negotiable Hybrid Working Option Available!Fantastic payrate of £35 per hour!Are you a Childrens Social Worker, passionate about making a difference in your community Do not miss out on this fantastic opportunity!Responsibilities of this role:

  • Undertake assessments of support needs and assist in screening referrals.
  • Develop, deliver, evaluate, and update Care & Support Plans to resolve social care, health, and well-being difficulties.
  • Work with Service Users, Carers, and Families to make informed choices and decisions.
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks, contributing towards positive behavioural change to reduce risk.
  • Maintain high data quality on social care systems and ensure confidentiality.
  • Prepare for and participate in meetings and decision-making forums, including Court appearances and Case Conferences.
Requirements of this role:
  • Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
  • Must have minimum of 2 years’ post qualified experience.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
