Job Description

Our client is a recognised name in the local area and they are going through some exciting changes that mean there is a need for a post-qualified Management Accountant to join their finance team. The role will be fast-paced and varied and duties will include

Production of month end management accounts
Balance sheet reconciliations and journals
Analysis of figures for reporting purposes
Cashflow reporting and monitoring
Intercompany accounts
Process review and implementing improvements
Capex review
Business partnering with operational managers and attending meetings as appropriate
Assisting with year end audit
Ad hoc reporting

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and will be a post-qualified accountant. Exposure to a manufacturing or construction environment would be ideal and experience working with ERP systems a distinct advantage. AdvancedExcel skills are crucial. A self-motivated approach and the ability to interact with personnel at all levels are essential attributes alongside an analytical nature and the ability to work in a complex business. This role will be fully site-based in Huntingdon and the hours of work are 8-5pm, Monday to Friday. Send your CV for immediate consideration.Required skills
