Job Description

This public sector organisation are proud of their working environment, which is focused around promoting the right values and culture, getting the right people with the right skills, ensuring fairness, promoting diversity, managing performance, and developingleaders.They are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate and experience People Partner to join their People Partner team.Salary: £36,000 - £41,000Location: Huntingdon, with further travel across the CountyHybrid working: 1 day working from homeWe are considering candidates both on a full-time and part-time basis (minimum of 30 hours per week)You will partner with leaders to help deliver a people focused, professional HR service by coaching, advising, and supporting managers at all levels in all aspects of HR practice.Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising and supporting staff with HR queries
  • Coaching managers in best practice, people management and leadership
  • Supporting People Manager with continuous improvement
  • Line managing People Team Assistant, developing both professionally and personally
  • Manage employment relations cases across the whole service
In order to be considered for this role you must have a CIPD qualification at Level 5 or be actively working towards it.You will have previous experience of working in a HR partnering role along with a natural ability to be able to coach, advise and support managers at all levels.Experience of autonomously supporting complex ER cases would be essential along with a strong commitment to continuing professional development and the ability to liaise professionally with people of all levels and across all sections of the organisation.Required skills
