Job Description

Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Inclusive Classroom FocusWe are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our School. As an LSA, you will play a pivotal role in promoting inclusive education and supporting students with diverse needs in the classroom. Your commitment to fosteringan inclusive environment will be crucial in ensuring every student has equal opportunities for success.Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teachers to create an inclusive classroom environment that supports all students.
  • Provide in-class support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities.
  • Assist in adapting and modifying teaching materials to meet individual student needs.
  • Foster positive peer relationships and encourage social inclusion among students.
  • Facilitate small group activities and assist with classroom management.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications or experience in special education or learning support.
  • Knowledge of inclusive education principles and strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in responding to the diverse needs of students.
  • Passion for promoting inclusivity and equal opportunities in education.
