Are you an experienced Senior HR Advisor looking for that formal progression step into a BP role, or someone recently new to the BP role and looking to diversify and broaden your experience to further you career If you enjoy working in a collaborative,performance focused, commercial environment then this could be the one for you.HR Business PartnerIsleham£48,000 + £6,000 Allowance12 Month FTC Initially1 day WFHReporting to the Managing Director and working as part of a small HR team, you’ll deliver a robust, generalist HR service and continue the ongoing work in terms of strategic HR delivery that will see you working on apprenticeships, talent development, valuesand EDI. You will also oversee the management of an HR Advisor.The role will be hugely varied and will suit someone capable of jumping between ongoing projects, parachuting in to help resolve operational and ER challenges and managing the cyclical HR activities such as talent, performance and pay review in a timely,calm and effective manner. You will coach and support the senior management team, some of whom are new and incoming appointments, and drive a culture ofAs a business that has expected operational peaks throughout the year, you will plan project deadlines and project activity accordingly. You will also, where required, support the business with client queries, people reporting and audits.What experience are we looking forOur client is looking for someone that can operate at pace and manage a varied workload. You’ll be particularly comfortable with employee relations and engagement, have experience in a commercially driven, fast paced environment and be driven to better suchareas of the HR offering as talent, EDI and engagement. CIPD qualification is not essential but would be advantageous.This role is 4-5 days on site with occasional travel to other sites, primarily for meeting with the wider HR team.
