Job Description

Office Manager/BookkeeperClient DetailsAuctions/Removals companyDescription

  • Running the office calendar, ensuring targets are met & adequate staffing is maintained
  • Booking jobs, allocating staff & liaising with clients.
  • Ensuring company health & safety & fire policies are up to date & adhered to.
  • Running digital & hard filing systems
  • Organising induction programmes for new employees
  • Keep training records & ensure training is up to date.
  • Maintain office & company supplies
  • Assist with invoicing & general bookkeeping, ensuring payments have been received.
  • Assisting with advertising, social media campaigns & general PR.
  • Managing the customer complaints procedure
  • Ensuring the Saleroom & Office are clean, tidy & presentable
  • Other tasks to assist in the general good running of the business
